Apart from that, a four-year bachelor degree in technology or engineering branch is a must with 60 percent aggregate score. This degree needs to have AICTE recognition. A CAT or GMAT qualification is a plus and the candidates are selected entirely based on merit.

While getting shortlisted, aspirants also have to go through a personal interview. Some organisations sponsor their employees to pursue this two year degree. Such employees continue to get their pay cheques during their period of study and the educational institution is not liable for financing them. For such candidates, a CAT, XAT or GMAT score is not necessary but they should have minimum two years experience of working in their sponsor company.
