Does Cheating the Candida Diet Take You Back to Ground Zero?
[ad_1]
In this article I will display the effects of cheating the candida diet or yeast free diet, based on a request from my friend. He has cheated a little by eaten some mustard that contained vinegar and a dish made by soy sauce. He has never cheated with sugar or yeast, though, as he consider them the worst things to have. The times he cheated with the small amount of fermented food, he did not notice any ill effects. He also wonders what would happen if he eat something like a nut butter, which is allowed on the diet, and then have a reaction. Does he essentially start over?
I can say that tiny cheats add up. Cheating all the time is not a healthy approach. Recognize that some things are better than others. For instance, a little fermented stuff is better than straight carbs and sugar to feed on. Keep away from anything that gives you a reaction you can identify, and you have to know that some reactions are internal things you won’t even notice.
Does cheating take you back to ground zero? Probably it is not. It could, but if you are making steady improvements it will only set you back a little. Look at it this way. If you are nearly successful in eradicating one yeast problem and then feed that yeast, it will repopulate because you are already debilitated. So while you might have been one down and fifteen to go, you are now back at sixteen. I believe it’s more complicated than that, though. They might have recovered from attack and are energized to do more damage.
It’s an individual decision. One huge chocolate chip cookie takes the edge off your despair in a way that no security detail can. And since it would also sets you back, you should live healthier and try not to cheating as hard as you can.
